The Chicago Police Marines is the largest Marine Corps League in the state of Illinois. Our recent growth is due to the surge of returning Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans joining our ranks. These Veterans are the future of our Detachment. The addition of Five Frank as a business partner will allow the Board of Directors to easily and quickly update and maintain our website. The website is one of the vital components of our social media platforms in which we communicate with the current enrolling demographics. The Detachment looks forward to a continued partnership with Five Frank in assisting the Veterans of Chicago.
After nine years of being a fund raising committee for Chicago Police and Fire charities the Battle of the Badges decided to get into the twenty-first century and have a web site created. We chose Five Frank to create our new site and we were very happy with the results. Chris is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with, he edited some of our off the wall ideas and created a web site that is right on. The web site tells our story and offers all the information anybody would want to know about our event.

Our site is designed as a memorial so Chris was very sensitive to our needs. As we worked together, he was patient and listened to our goals. The Brotherhood for the fallen was created and organized in 2010 and was in need of a website. Chris and Five Frank was immediately brought to our attention. Five Frank has provided exceptional service with regard to our web, e-commerce and hosting needs. They were very accommodating and ultimately produced a high-end, user-friendly web site.
In late 2009, the CPD Enforcers needed to more quickly update our web page to reach more people with timely information. At the time, our web person was actually living in North Carolina so there was a communication delay. I was tasked with becoming our new web person. While I have a computer background, running a website was new to me. I was introduced to Chris La Francis. Chris initially put together the website for me and then gave me instructions on maintaining it.
Of course, being curious, I stumbled and screwed some stuff up from time to time but Chris was always there to explain what I did wrong and if I was able to correct it he gave me instructions on how to fix my problem. When I screwed it up so bad that he needed to go in and fix the issue, he always did it in a timely manner which helped ensure our web page was always up.
As software and hardware updates have become available to him, he has always made sure we were notified when things were going to change. Our original web layout and our store have recently gone through massive upgrades with Chris’ help. The store works seamlessly with our PayPal account and I have the ability to add or remove things as needed. The software Chris has provided is very user friendly and easily changed.
I have nothing but good things to say about Chris and 5Frank. I readily recommend him to anyone looking at launching a website. He stands behind his product and takes pride in making sure his clients are properly instructed and satisfied with the end product.
As Founder of the Hellenic American Police Association (HAPA) I am so grateful to Chris and FiveFrank for setting up and basically keeping our website up and running. He did a great job setting it up; ensuring that it was what we wanted. For a technologically hampered individual like me, Chris took the time to go through everything the HAPA needed.
